Julie McDonald, Ph.D.

Dr. McDonald has retired from her clinical practice as of November, 2019.  She is deeply grateful for the opportunity to have been of service to every client she has seen since starting her practice in 1995, and to her phenomenal partners for their many years of support, guidance, and wisdom. 

 

Dr. McDonald has transitioned to her consulting and coaching business, McDonald Graham, LLC, where she brings her 25+ years of experience providing psychological services out of the therapy office and into the work world, with the singular goal of helping professionals flourish at work and in life.  She provides executive coaching and works in private one-to-one or small group settings with professionals at all levels of their career.  She is experienced in leadership coaching for small businesses, family owned businesses, and large corporations. She specializes in coaching high potential women to progress toward their career and personal goals. 

 

Dr. McDonald has expertise and a vast amount of experience in helping individuals:

  • Improve communication and interpersonal style

  • Improve decision making abilities

  • Resolve conflicts
